How can I set auto fades individually for each track?

To set up fades individually for each track, click on the "Auto Fades Settings" button in the Inspector for that track, uncheck the "Use Project Settings" option, and set the desired fades. Now the global settings no longer apply for this track, but still apply to the rest.
