How do I set up stems and group tracks? Fe: lets say I have 10 tracks of drums that I want to put in a group so whatever insert I put on the master track will affect all 10 tracks of drums.

Correction - you change the VST folder info in Devices->VST Plug-In Information by clicking 'VST 2.x Plug-in Paths'. Also contrary to what I said, it looks like you can specify multiple paths, so you could have your VST plugins in separate folder

Oh, also on 2) - it shouldn't matter where the content for GrooveAgent, et al, is. Use the MediaBay to locate the content; it's set up in an Windows Explorer-like tree.

By preferences folder, I assume you mean you deleted the contents of \Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application data\Steinberg\Cubase 5 That is a hidden folder that Cubase uses to store templates, etc. If you manage to get Cubase to open

It would be great if Steinberg would make it possible to do the multi-takes function without having to use "cycle mode". I mean, how many folks record someone with cycle mode turned on? Perhaps an update?

Yes. Stacked. This was not a freindly edit session. I recorded one track with Vocal and two more with acoustic guitar. So there were three tracks with leakage involved. Because of the cutting and pasting when I used "delete overlaps", there
