GabeWheaton Newbie Reged: 06/16/08 Posts: 1 sequel re-activation problem       06/16/08 02:16 AM Edit   Reply   Quote   Quick Reply   I had to reinstall XP on my computer due to a virus. I reinstalled Sequel, but it wouldn't accept my previous activation code so I emailed for a new one, which I got. But now, when I run the Syncrosoft License Control Center and try to download a license with this new code, the dialog fails to show a license that I can click on. The Help dialog says this is due to a "pending license" that is a place holder for a previously failed installation. However, when I try to start the LCC code again, it does not give me the pulldown list to repair/continue the previous installation. I am Stuck! What else can I do? I uninstalled Sequel, and reinstalled. Same problem. I downloaded the latest version of the LCC from SyncroSoft. Same problem. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Gabe Post Extras
