When I click the Preset button, the save window comes up with the Add button disabled. As soon as I type in the upper right side box a name for my preset, the Add button changes to "Load - Mask" and I cannot ever Add any presets. I cannot save any of my Master section presets. It did not ever work. It has been this way since I installed Wavelab Essential. How can I fix this? I'm already disappointed in Steinberg the way it is because of Groove Agent problems, so I hope the answer does not include the word "reinstall"...... and I'm not a newbie and I'm not computer illiterate, so please give me real solutions. Please dont tell me to defrag and reboot. Without saving Master presets, Wavelab is useless to me. sign me "ready to jump ship forever" Post Extras
