Just for clarification you need to install 4.1, 4.1.2, THEN 4.1.3

You can drag the HalionOne content off the DVD from the Additional Content/Soundframe/HalionOne SoundBanks folder. Once you copy this onto your hard drive where you want it, just right click on the HalionOne plugin interface and choose 'locate contents' and locate the directory you put the content in.
