Steinbergusers.com: Lost my Cubase SL1 Installation CD

Hello,

What should I do to get another disc?

I got in touch with a technician in January, and registered online thanks to my USB key number, following his instructions . He promised to send me a new CD, we're in April, and I haven't received it yet. Even more, I try to follow-up but they don't answer to my emails anymore! I'm really starting to be upset about this, I have some editing to do on an old project.

If any of you could tell me if there is a better way to get a new CD, I'd really appreciate!

Sl1 is not going to work on Windows Vista. You can register your SL1 key
online at steinberg.net by setting up an account at My Steinberg. We can
send you a new disc once you register.

I moved from France to the US about a year ago, and lost my Cubase SL1
CD in the process. Fortunately, I found my USB Key (number
313572-67F160), but of course cannot reinstall.

The downloads available online are only updates, and I don\\\'t have my
old computer anymore.

Could you please help me with this problem?
