As for the the current question.. If I have Autoscroll on while cycling a part in the Key Editor say, and then click on a note, scrolling stops, which is the desired behaviour for me however once the scrolling has actually stopped; providing the sequencer is not playing anything back then, when I click on the timeline scrolling starts back up, which I find to be somewhat annoying because if I had wanted Autoscroll enabled for the current playback "part" then I would have clicked on it prior to clicking on Play in the Transport Bar.
