On the upper right, what is selected as the ASIO driver? Make sure this is set to your sound card's driver, Then hit ok out that menu. Go back to Devices and go to VST Connections. Now select the inputs tab. Make sure that you have created inputs and that they are connected to the sound card driver and the proper device port. Now add an audio track to the project and make sure it is set on the correct input and you should be good to go.
