For example, MIDI note B3 stops GA when it's running. What note starts it when it's not? I know that C4-C6 starts it when controlling from an ODD channel, but that's CLASSIC mode only. How can I start either PA or SA from a MIDI controller? My simple challenge is to use SA, but I don't want it to start at the beginning of the song. Thanks!
