Halion One problem
      #9147 - 10/07/08 02:00 PM

I recently got Cubase LE and for some reason my Halion One is not working correctly. I just downloaded the newest upgrade for LE and it still wont work. I'm on a MAC and when I click on the menu for a series of presets for Halion One nothing comes up. I know I have a Halion One sound bank but it wont let me load any of those sounds into Cubase or Halion One so i can make a preset out of them. I'm really stumped any help will be greatly appreciated.

Go to your hard drive. Click on your Username(house symbol). Go to Library then Preferences. Find the Cubase folder. Trash the contents of the Cubase folder and then re-launch cubase. let me know if anything is still missing.

Thanks

Download and install the latest update for Cubase LE4 which can be found here: http://www.steinberg.net/index.php?id=880&L=1

Be sure that the disc is in the system when installing the update. If the presets still do not show up, trash the preferences again and see if they show up at that point.
