Sequel 2 MIDI Keyboard Recognized but no sound

im on windows xp. Just bought sequel 2 after loosing my registration for 1. I have my midi(m-audio kerig 49) hooked up and it seems sequel knows its there because the little bar by the time/tempo moves when i hit a key, however no sound?

any help would be appreciated!
