Hi there, I get the following message (see picture below) every time I make some audio treatment on a wave element, like stéreo fusion or any other coming from audio treatment. I am sorry it is in french, but maybe someone has got the same error code and message before? Problem is, you have to save your project, end Cubase and relaunch it, which gets a bit frustrating at the end. Thanks for your help Eric

After you click "OK" or exit out of the error message, what happens?

Hello Eric,
What operating system are you on? XP?Vista? Mac or PC? What kind of audio interface or soundcard are you using?
Thank you.

Hi there Josh I use XP sp2, got cubase LE4 when I purchased a Tascam 122L. Now I've updated Cubase with the plugin, problem is gone BUT seems that the link with Halioneone has gone as well! I may have to reinstall from scratch... Thank you for your help. Eric

Hello Eric,
If the content for your HalionOne is missing or broken, please follow these steps:
1. Insert your Cubase disc. Explore the disc and go to Cubase for Windows, Additional Content, Soundframe, HalionOne Soundbanks. Copy the HalionOne Soundbanks folder from your disc to your hard drive (we recommend putting it in the C:/Program Files/Common Files/Steinberg folder).
2. Open Cubase, load HalionOne. Right click on HalionOne and choose "Locate Content." Select the HalionOne Soundbanks folder that you copied to your hard drive. Now you should be able to load sounds into HalionOne.
Thank you.
