I had a problem with no instruments showing up in Sequel 2 when I tried to create a new track, but the fix offered to another user of this forum to delete the contents of the Steinberg Data Folder corrected the problem.
However, now Halion is missing from Sequel 2 (it doesn't show up in the list of contents e.g., All contents, bonus loops, factory set, etc). I opened the Halion Folder in the Sequel 2 CD and clicked on the arrow/circle Start Up/Install button but nothing happened. I also clicked on the Halion Update arrow/circle button in the same Halion folder and a download bar appeared but after about 60% download the screen immediately disappeared. I also tried the "repair" start up from the install CD. Still no Halion.
Any ideas as to how to get Halion back in Sequel 2?
Thanks

Halione is basically built into Sequel. So when you got load an instrument track and select a sound you are basically using Halione. let me know if you have an issue with any of that working properly.

Thanks Jeff,
I guess I thought it was missing because as I mentioned above it use to show up as a selection in the Media Bay Screen where you could reset your Filters (All Contents, Factory Contents, Bonus Loops, Demo Loops, User Content). Now it does not appear. If Halion is indeed still available I can live without being able to use the Filter to select it...I just thought it was gone entirely.
Thanks.

There is something we can try. Are you on PC or Mac?

Go to start then all programs. Find sequel in the list. Click on application data folder. Trash the contents of the folder. relaunch sequel and retest the issue. let me know.
Thanks
