I have a PC with Windows xp, SP2. I have been having problems in the past with popping/ cracking (using a firewire 410), and I am hoping you can tell me what my buffer size should be set to? It was set by default at 256, and I am thinking it needs to be higher, but I need to know what is the optimum level it should be to avoid any future pops/ clicks. (512 or higher?) Thank you kindly!
