Here’s my situation; Some web pages have short embeded sound files …(push the button, it shows up as a transport and vol. control, streams an MP3 ?, and its done) I want to capture these clips in Cubase but I don’t exactly know how. One method would be to patch the speaker output (1/8 jack) on the computer to the input (1/4 jack) on the Lexicon, but is there a way to do it on the internal computer bus? Windows XP comes with something called SoundMAX Audio Device for playing regular audio sound on one’s computer. If I boot Cubase without the Lexicon powered up, Cubase audio sez that SoundMAX Audio is the default but that it can’t find it. Any ideas?
