Steinbergusers.com: Drum loops and loop browser issue

When using loop browser in Studio 4 something is going on I don't understand..

If you look at this Cubase Loop screen shot

you will see track one where I placed a drum loop using Import Audio. Track two is where I placed the same loop in the track using drag and drop from the loop browser tool. Notice the difference in the same loop and why does it say sliced? I can't find any reference to "sliced" in the manual. What's weird is when I first started using loop browser it didn't seem like I was getting these sliced loops so maybe something is set up differently.

If any of you guys have Studio 4 or Cubase 4 and some drum loops can you see if you get the same result?
