I can't find an answer in the manual. I had opened a session and created several instrument tracks. everything went great.
I closed and saved the session. the next day I wanted to go back into that session and record a new instrument track. when I click on Edit Instrument button, open the Halione control panel, click to load presets the Category window is blank.
I no longer have instruments to choose. huh?
what is going on?
how can I continue to add tracks?

Are just the presets not showing, or the instruments? Check devices then VST instruments to make sure your plugin's are still being seen. If it is just presets missing, try loading a VST from devices VST instruments and see if the presets are showing there.

no instruments are shown. when I click Load Presets the category area is a complete blank.
I will try your tips at finding them.
I just went to a session I saved. I opened, went to Add Track>instrument. I loaded Haslione, selected my midi when to Edit , Load presets...blank category box. nothing. agian.
so I went to Devices>VST Instruments> there is Halione, back to Load Presets...again it is empty.
it seems strange for a program to act this way.
I mean, I can add instrument tracks all day long. but once the session is closed and reopened at a later time,, the Load Presets does not work. and when I begin a new session the Load presets works.
