Double click on "Start_Soft-eLicenser_Renewal_5.2.20.1.exe" (do not click on the Syncrosoft setup!), then click through the dialogues to start the process This will un-install the Syncrosoft LCC, removes any left over files and installs a new LCC with the option to force the creation of a new, empty soft-eLicenser.
