I'm working on this song and i'm trying to sample a voice from another record. in cubase, Im doing an insert from audio cd, and it allows me to somewhat set the bars to the area of the song that I want. after clicking "grab" and then "Ok" it does go into my cubase song but I can only cut so much of the audio. is there a better way to audio sample(stretch and pitch)? Is there any free sampling software that might be more easier to use? I dont sample music a whole lot and this one thing is really pulling me behind. Any help would be greatly appreciated....Sorry if im confusing. I needed to know if cubase had any sampling function.
