I recently reformatted my PC (WinXP) and have reinstalled C4. Every time I open it the message says "Syncrosoft License Control- Error" 'File SYNSOACC.DLL could not be located in the Windows system folders.'
Then it says, 'File SYNSOACC.DLL does not have the expected interface.
After that it closes down. Is the dongle bad? Did I not reinstall it correctly? Do I need to reboot?
With deadlines looming, some info would really help. Thanks.

Hello,
Go to www.syncrosoft.com and get the latest version of the License Control Center.

i was having the same problem with sequel, running vista, but getting the license control center and running that setup didn't help
EDIT: i'm an idiot-i didn't see the window saying to restart the computer. now i've got a new problem-
application 'sequel 1.x' has caused the following error:
No eLicenser connected.
opions.......connect a valid elicenser and click retry(i didn't get any kind of elicenser thing to connect)

Have you updated to the latest version of the License Control Center yet? www.syncrosoft.com Does your SeL show a license for Sequel 1.x? Thank you.
