old cubasis files

how do you use old Cubasis VST 4 files (.all) in Cubase Studio 4? Double-clicking on the .all file opens Cubase but the file doesn't appear

Cubase 4 does not open projects from VST5 or earlier. Versions SX 1,2,3 did this by File-->Import.
