Hi All, A Quick spec of my PC : Windows XP Home Edition Pentium 3 with 1 gig of ram, Cubase LE. I hover over the triangle in the left hand corner of the ruler bar, and it will not grab or drag it. When a new project is open and the blue line is already there, when I try and click the arrow at the end of it, it immediately just goes all the way either to the left if I'm clicking on the left arrow or to the right , if I'm clicking on that one. Another try at grabbing it makes the whole line disappear, with no way of getting it back. Thank You, |

Hello, On the transport bar, what are your L and R locators set to in the project? |
Hi, They are set to: L 0001.01.01.001 R 0133.04.04.061 Thanks, Steve |

Here is a screenshot of what the ruler looks like when a project is opened. As you can see, the locator is not present.... |

Hmm, the file didn't attach. Let me try that again.... |
Hello, If you manually move the locations in the transport bar, will the L and R locaters move? Thank you. |
By manually moving them, do you mean, set them by the time value numbers? Because, that's the only way I was able to set them.... |
Ok, so moving the values numerically works. Is your snap control turned on? What is it set to? Thank you. |
Yes, it is on and set to grid. Thank you, steve |
Hello, If you turn off grid, can you move the L and R? Thank you. |
Chris, When I turn off "snap", I can move the locators ! Was that the problem?! Snap should be off? By default it is on.... Thanks..... |
Hello, Yes, Snap control will force the placement of the L and R to follow the grid. |

Chris, Thanks for your help. Steve |
