CUSTOMER PROBLEM WITH SEQUEL

Ok guys and girls. I work in a music shop in New Zealand I sold Sequel to a guy who has the following.
HP Lap Top, 2 Gig Ram, Running Vista, 1.6 Duel Core Processer.
PROBLEM- when he records even 2 tracks he has to have the buffer down to around 200. also he has upto 13 tracks recorded with effects 10 sequel 4 audio. the computer is farting clicking and dropping out left right and centre.
can anyone tell me how many tracks this thing will do without crapping out. cheers Darren

Hello,
Sequel does not have a track limit. Sequel is limited only by the power of your CPU. Also, be sure that your friend has the latest Sequel update installed from www.steinberg.net
I would also make sure your friend has the latest device driver downloaded and installed for his interface from the manufacturer's website.
