sequel suddenly died

My son's copy of sequel was running great on windows and then suddenly he can't start the program. We get a message re: insufficient access privileges from the synchrosoft key program. I was able to get to the key management panel and there is a key there. Any idea what is going on and how to fix it? Help!

Hello,
Please go to www.syncrosoft.com, download, license control center, click download for Windows, save the file to the desktop, and then run and install the downloaded file from the desktop. This will update you to the latest version of the license control center program.
