Can't reinstall Sequel

I wiped my MacBook (OS X 10.4.11), reinstalled Sequel and re-activated. Now I get no sound when trying to preview a sound and I get 'Not found' messages when trying to add a Halion instrument. Also there are no Bonus loops. There are no files (other than .XML files) in any of the Sequel folders. I have reactivated multiple times with the same results. Does anyone out there have a clue how to completey delete this thing and start over or do I need to get a refund?

Put in your Sequel disc and go into the Sequel 1 for Windows fodler. In here you will see all of your SequelContent files. Manually copy these to your Mac HD here:
HD:LIBRARY:APPLICATION SUPPORT:STEINBERG:SOUNDFRAME:
Once you manually copy the content files from the DVD to this location it should work. Overwrite any existing files.
