Upon loading Cubase Studio4 HalionOne seems to have not loaded properly, i.e., From F11 - to load VST insts.- I click on the blank box and I can choose from H.One or Prologue. When I choose H.One I get the promt to "Creat inst," the Halion unit appears, then when I go to "load presets" the whole area - categories, search & viewer, etc, is blank. But Prologue does load up this way - with the presets available AND (this seem weird) I can load the Halion presets by going to the project tab and loading an inst track then choosing H.One. From there H.One sounds are available. BUT when I do it this way the search & viewer lists H.One sounds with Prologue sounds - and it seems all of the H.One sounds are not there. For ex. there is only one bass patch for H.One - should'nt there be more bass sounds offered by the H.One inst?

Are you on a MAC or PC? What opperating system are you using?

Thank you, I am a PC user with mobile pre audio interface. The tutorial/support co. - Obedia - has been working on this with me - with no solution yet. Could the disc/prgm be bad? Would Steinberg send me another DVD? Any suggestions would be very helpful!

Brad, Do you do supoport for Steinberg? What is the phone# and hours of service for Steinberg support? Can I call about this?
