Hard copy manual for Cubase Studio 4

I've just ordered Cubase Studio 4 from a dealer, but I understand that there isn't a hard copy of the user manual included with this version of Cubase.
Is it possible to purchase the manual elsewhere?
I'd prefer to have a proper book to hand rather than trying to read the instructions on my computer screen at the same time as I'm using the program.

A printed manual is not available for Cubase Studio 4. To access the full manual for Cubase Studio 4, Go to the Help dropdown menu in Cubase Studio 4, select Documentation and then Operation Manual. If you take advantage of the upgrade price to Cubase 4, that version does come with a full printed manual.

There are also a few books on Cubase 4 in the Shop here from 3rd party publishers that would be relevant to Studio 4 as well. They are very thorough and serve as great references, even if you already have the manual.

Thanks for your replies. I've bought Simon Millward's Fast Guide to Cubase 4 and Keith Gemmell's Tips and Tricks.
