Can't Import Yamaha Motif .XOA Files

How do I import the files I've saved from my Motif onto my USB into my computer? I can't open anything in Cubase AI 4 -- Useless, and really annoying.
Any Help?? Thanks!

If you saved the project as a MIDI file, you can go to the File dropdown menu in Cubase and select Import and then MIDI File. This will import the MIDI file into a Cubase project.
