Getting direct X Plugins to work with AI ???

Hi, try as I might I cannot get AI to recognise my old plugins..waves..db audio and the like. I read the "how to" but still could not get them to come up..any thoughts would be of help.

DXi plugins are not compatible with Cubase AI4. You will need to get the VST counterparts to these plug-ins from their manufacturer.
