What is the difference between the full version of Cubase 4 or Cubase Studio 4, and the academic versions?

The differences between Cubase 4 and Cubase Studio 4 can be seen here FEATURE COMPARISON
And as far as I know, Educational Version are fully functional, given by Steinberg with disccounts for students and professors.
In fact, as I am student I got my Cubase Studio 4 with that disccount.

Hello,
You can upgrade with the academic versions, however you cannot transfer the license to another user.
