New Steinberg Interfaces (When will they be here?)

I've decided to put off buying a Firestudio and wait on the Steinberg interface coming out. From what I've seen so far from Musikmesse, I think the wait might be worthwhile. Brian, do you have any idea of a release date (I've heard 3rd quarter this year?) and a MSRP? Just curious. Thanks.
