Greetings all!
I receive bundles of files in PCM 16KHz, 16bit format for use on a Call Center that I have to code into 8.000KHz, 8 bit, mono, 7kb/s. Can someone recommend me on how best to accomplish this in Wavelab 5.X ? I think I've tried most variants and I get zero audio in my Call Center application (Cisco IPCC). If I do this in Windows Sound Recorder, I can do it, but the audio quality of that app is not very good.
