Thanks, Brad! I believe i will try it out. The investment is relatively small (compared to investing in a hardware module). I will probably only need to use one VSTi at a time, so it sounds like my chances for success are pretty good. I'm using a 2 ghz MacBook Pro and will be using a Firewire interface...
