If you choose to use the Apogee UV22 plugin on the master out, that plugin will dither the audio down before Cubase does. People prefer to use the Apogee UV22 plugin because people prefer the Apogee dithering algorithms.

So you're saying 24 to 16 does not just truncate the low 8?
And if I use UV-22 (as stated earlier...) CUBASE will not do it again?
So is "inserting" in the last slot the way to use UV-22?
