I am a newbie to both Cubase and VST. My thinking is that I could purchase Cubase Studio 4 and a Firewire interface for my MacBook Pro, then play the VSTi live on stage from one of my MIDI keyboards. I am pondering doing this as opposed to buying another hardware synth for my rack. Has anyone done this? Any ideas pro, or con? Thanks!
