PROCEDURES FOR CUBASE LE

I would like to thank you for supporting Steinberg. We strive to do our best in offering top level professional support and will continue to do the best we can. I wish to share with you the following information and procedures regarding Cubase LE.

Cubase LE is an OEM product - meaning that 3rd-party manufacturers include this version with select hardware. Steinberg North America does not have any direct access to Cubase LE for it originates out of HQ.

We do our best to support Cubase LE with the resources we have. Should you have a technical question, I request you check the forums first. Our support specialists maintain this forum on a daily basis and will answer your questions via a reply post or IM message. As we support numerous products, we do our best to respond in a timely and professional manner.

At this moment, I cannot allow replacement serial numbers to be posted on this public forum. Should you have lost your serial number, please contact the hardware manufacturer you purchased the hardware unit from and they can provide you a replacement serial number. Should you experience any problems, please send a private message and we will address this as quickly as possible.
