I'm starting some projects of my own but I'd like to know if there is a real advantage recording at 32 bit even if my interface has 24 bit converters (Alesis Multimix USB 2.0).

What can be told about Khz? what's better 88.2? (double 44.1) or 96?

Final Mixdown is intended to be mastered in Audio CD for commercial distribution.
