I'm using a 32bit kernel of the latest Windows OS (non-server) however before I was using a server variety, which may explain some of the strange behaviour I was experiencing previously.

I don't believe this thing which is happening right now with the Inspector is a pressing issue at this time but it may cause problems later. Mainly what I am finding at this time is that every time I change system, ie., flavour of Wndows, that I have to continually restart my projects by copying and pasting all the content in terms of MIDI information including the "tracks" themselves as it were and always when I do this some get bunched up at the beginning of the song and I think this may be to do with the issue of which is outlined in the following post:
