There is no buffer size to be set on the firepod - only latency (from what I can tell). The latency on the firepod is 25ms. The input and output latency under VST audio system is 25.542ms. The firepod cannot go any higher in latency.

With the above settings, ASIO is at 45% without playback. Is this normal? Or should it be 0% without playback?
