I recently reformatted my PC (WinXP) and have reinstalled C4. Every time I open it the message says "Syncrosoft License Control- Error" 'File SYNSOACC.DLL could not be located in the Windows system folders.'
Then it says, 'File SYNSOACC.DLL does not have the expected interface.
After that it closes down. Is the dongle bad? Did I not reinstall it correctly? Do I need to reboot?
With deadlines looming, some info would really help. Thanks.
