When I click the Preset button, the save window comes up with the Add button disabled. As soon as I type in the upper right side box a name for my preset, the Add button changes to "Load - Mask" and I cannot ever Add any presets. I cannot save any of my Master section presets. It did not ever work. It has been this way since I installed Wavelab Essential. How can I fix this? I'm already disappointed in Steinberg the way it is because of Groove Agent problems, so I hope the answer does not include the word "reinstall"...... and I'm not a newbie and I'm not computer illiterate, so please give me real solutions. Please dont tell me to defrag and reboot.
