Greetings all! I receive bundles of files in PCM 16KHz, 16bit format for use on a Call Center that I have to code into 8.000KHz, 8 bit, mono, 7kb/s. Can someone recommend me on how best to accomplish this in Wavelab 5.X ? I think I've tried most variants and I get zero audio in my Call Center application (Cisco IPCC). If I do this in Windows Sound Recorder, I can do it, but the audio quality of that app is not very good.
Appreciate any detailed information here...
Thanks!

Hello,
You should be able to go to file, save as, and change the settings to 8 khz, 8 bit, mono. There is not a place to set it to 7 kb/s in the save as dialog though. To do this in a batch process, change the options in the output section. Thank you.

Hello again! Actually, after some testing, I found that if I do a save as, use .wave for file extension, use U-law US Telephony format and go mono at a sample rate of 8KHz, I can do what equates to CCITT ULaw (which is what I wanted).
Thanks anyway!
