groove agent 3- virtual drummer

i just installed cubase groove agent 3, and i am getting an error message:
Plug In "Groove Agent 3.dll not found!"
(for Groove Agent Standalon blue box)

- i got this message before on my other computer, and i forgot how to resolve the issue.
(and yes, my key dongle is assigned properly in my License Control Center)
*please advise on how to fix/ reslove so i can use the software properly
thank you!

nevermind- i got it working-
i guess sometimes the disk doesn't load completely for some reason, and misses certain files-
