Hi All,
I am trying to record audio via the built-in microphone (Input) on my MacBook Pro (Leopard). I am successful at recording (inputting data) however, I am having trouble hearing output. I have made a output bus and assigned the built-in L and R (stereo) which I assume is the left and right speaker on the MacBook pro. Yet I am hearing no audio.
Is there a way to resolve this issue. I am going straight from my Yamaha Motif XS 6 to the MacBook Pro, trying to monitor Audio with the built-in output (L and R speakers). And even though I have recorded audio successfully, I cannot hear it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
Your built-in mic on your Macbook Pro is only an input. It is not possible to monitor playback through your built-in mic on your Macbook Pro. What kind of audio interface or soundcard are you using?
Thank You,

Make sure the correct ASIO driver is selected.
