I am a brand new cubase le user. I have it all installed, and have started to use it. I am using the Presonus Firestudio Project. I was able to get sound when I plugged in my guitar, but won't register on track.
I worked out/stumbled upon how to work the drum editor, and was able to get click track sound, and also hear the drum I had programmed, but now no sound, no click, no nothing. It is still on the track, I can see that, and it shows volume/activity next to the midi track when I play it, but nothing in the speakers.....and yes they are turned on.
Please help !!!!!

Make sure the correct ASIO driver is selected in VST Audio System and the correct buses are connected in VST Connections.

Just in case you don't see it, VST Audiosystem is located in Devices, Device Setup. Hope this helps.

Ok, Thanks.
So I got sound out of the drum editor finally, but still no sound from the click/metronome. It shoes that it is working, but no sound !!!

Hello,
For the click track go the Devices, VST Connections, Outputs and check the Click column on the right to be sure click is on. Thank you.
