Activation Code

Bought tascam us144 a month ago, just got e-lisenser from syncrosoft. Cannot get activation page to come up on mysteinberg website. Keep getting error 404. Just need activation code that was not included in the product box.
I have license just no code. Any suggestions?

Germany has just made major updates to MySteinberg. The last couple of days it has periodically been down. Everything seems to be up at the moment. If you continue to have trouble please give our support line a call.
