I have the MW10 mixing studio which includes cubaseLe software. I'm having issues with playback. I've used the setup specified in the manual and everything seems fine with the recording, recording levels, etc. The problem is that when i playback what I've recorded, it's very quiet. I noticed a lot of other people have had similar problems and the advice has been to change the monitor setting. This doesn't seem to make the playback any louder. I've also tried changing my computer's audio settings, but haven't had any luck with that either. Again, the music is coming out, and the quality is fine, it's just not anywhere near the volume it needs to be even with the headphone level cranked up to 10 to record another track over it. Let me know what i can do.

Have you tried calling Yamaha Tech Support? 714 522-9000. If it is hardware-related they should be able to help.

I'm pretty sure this is a software issue. I've used the mixer with a PA system and with other recording software and haven't had problems.
