hi, first of all.. i'm soooo glad to see a forum worthy of discussion which is not owned by steinberg..
anyway, i just started off on nuendo (was on cubase earlier) and am having a bit of a problem with the metronome... cant get it to work... no ticks (MIDI or audio). although all my mixer tracks are working great.. any solution to this yet.. i read somewhere that i can route it through a bus or somin.. but i'm not THAT technically sound yet... so any help would be appreciated...
also, i am on a very shitty computer for the next 2 months and was wondering how i could make full use of this sound card..(sound blaster audigy..LOL rite??)
its got 4 jacks (4.1 sound) and i was wondering if i could have my speakers and headphones on different outputs.. like using a mixer without an actual mixer..
looking forward to hearing from you.... thnx

There are a few reasons why the click might not be working but first let me know what version of Nuendo are you running?

Raahil:
A common fix is the following:
Within Nuendo press F4. You will see your VST conneections. Under the default stereo output you will see a column labeled "click." Next to the assigned physical outputs column, left click to make sure "click" is turned on in that column. Assuming your physical connectivity is correct, you should hear the metronome.
Please let me know if this works. Thanks for supporting Steinberg.
