Steinbergusers.com: record/playback through usb issue

I am unable to record and playback through the usb connection. First, I have the Cubase AI4 that came with my Yamaha MW10C mixer. I have downloaded the ASIOAll V.2. I am running Windows XP 2002 Home Edition service pak 2 on a compaq laptop equipted with a 1.79 GHZ processor and 896 MB of Ram. The software is completely up to date through Windows. I have two other programs, Audacity and Sony Acid. These two programs work through the usb for both record and playback. The Cubase program will work through the analog ports, but thats not why I chose this particular mixer. I have read the forums, the pdf's, and the instructions for ASIOALL, and still can't figure it out. If anyone has any ideal why this won't work or what I'm doing wrong, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
