Cubase LE is not a regular commercial product sold in
the USA. It is a ‘Light Edition’ of Cubase that is bundled with
a variety of hardware products, soundcards, etc., for no
additional cost. It is a great, fully-functional program, with the same audio engine used in the higher versions of Cubase, but with a limited feature set. (See below for upgrade options.)

For setup help, especially getting your hardware connected and working with the software, please contact the hardware manufacturer who's product was bundled with Cubase LE.
